Retracted Article Was Republished on "Construction and Building Materials"
Recently, the 5GH Team uncovered an article [1], retracted due to potential authorship manipulation, was republished on the SAME journal, "Construction and Building Materials", with SAME title, SAME content, but 4 additional authors [2].
The article [1] was retracted in May, 2024. The Retraction Notices indicates that the author, Cui and Sun, requested to add 4 authors post publication, but the request was denied because the journal suspect those authorship changes were manipulated. However, the article [1] was republished as the article [2] on the same journal in 2025.
The publisher did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
